New Family/Student

Start New Registration

Documents Required for Registration:

  • Birth Certificate

  • Proof of Residential Address- Utility Bill (water, electric, gas) OR Lease/Purchase Agreement

  • Proof of Immunizations

Please bring your child's official certified Birth Certificate for a copy to be made (copies/duplicates will not be accepted).

A Tea Area staff member will make a copy of the original Birth Certificate.

Your child's Birth Certificate can be received at any Tea Area School building:

  1. District Education Center (131 N. Poplar)

  1. Legacy Elementary (505 N. Cole)

  1. Frontier Elementary (2700 W. Lancaster, Sioux Falls, SD 57106)

  1. Venture Elementary (101 E. 7th St.)

  1. Tea Area Middle School (505 W. Brian St)

  1. Tea Area High School (500 W. Brian St.)
